Custom Asia Travel and Fiona, their Sales Manager, were outstanding. We can thoroughly recommend them. We undertook a personalised tour of Vietnam and Cambodia through Custom Asia. The guides were passionate and informative, and the accommodation and food of a good standard. What really stood out was the customer service. The attention to detail and reliability was of the highest standard. Fiona kept track of us throughout our journey and on 3 occasions made special arrangements to ensure we got to our destinations on time. A thoroughly enjoyable trip.

This is our second trip with Custom Travel and both times Minh has been our agent. Responsive and flexible. Excellent trip and very little that we would change. Hotels were great. We got the right balance between down time and tours. We enjoyed the tours. Guides in Hanoi, Dalat, and HCM were all knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We enjoyed everything and covered most key attractions and others during our three weeks. Looking forward to going a third time (and with Minh to help us)

We did all three countries in Indochina: Cambodia, Vietnam and finally Laos. I am generally loathed to give commercial reviews as they are so often insincere or only partially so (& say far more about the ego of the writer than the actual experience). However, this time I break that rule. The reason is that the trip (about 5 weeks and very comprehensive) was organised with great efficiency, was practical, and custom made for my needs. It was also very reasonably priced. There was not one moment that I regreted. All three countries are remarkably different and the guides were fully up to explaining aspects relevant to their country. The drivers, without exception, were first class. The hotel accommodation was faultless without being expensive. All included meals were splendid (with suitable cuisine to the particular circumstances). Custom Asia fitted together an agenda which incorporated their different itineries but which added extra elements that I wanted to see. This caused no difficulty. They also adjusted arrangements when a typhoon struck in Hoi An. It was a great trip and we enjoyed everything we saw and experienced. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Custom trip, South and Central Vietnam. The guides were excellent, made sure all aspects of the itinerary were accomplished in every detail. Their english was excellent, and knowledge in depth. The accommodations were lovely, much more elegant than we could ever have picked for ourselves. The drivers were highly skilled, everything went without a hitch. Molly tracked out trip, advised us of flight changes, and made sure every detail was followed. She was constantly available to discuss even the smallest of issues. Every tiny detail was addressed in detail. The things I would do differently are ENTIRELY my doing and no reflection on Molly, or guides or her agency. I failed to study the itinerary closely, and had based on my assumptions of what we would do on this trip on a previous agency (no longer in business since COVID) that we had used several times throughout SE Asia, and knew what sorts of things we had already done including North Vietnam. So, much of this trip seemed redundant and basic. For someone who has never spent time in Asia, walking through an outdoor market; seeing local crafts; and visiting temples is a fascinating experience. Not so after several countries and trips. Again, this was totally my fault. For a first time visitor to SE Asia, this itinerary would be perfect, and perfectly executed.

Here’s some quick notes: - You can trust this company to plan an excellent experience. - They can organize around your budget. - We planned experiences from the north to the south of Vietnam and even a few days in Cambodia. - They require a 50% deposit once you’re ready to book and the balance around your date of arrival. - A full itinerary was sent in stages to help keep us in the loop. - We traveled as a couple, and they accommodated every request. - Yes, I would use them again. Minh even came to visit us when we were in Hanoi to meet when we were enjoying lunch. It was great that she made the effort to see us and I appreciated being able to put a face to the name. After the 5 star service we received on our trip, I wanted to give them 5 stars for doing an amazing job at assisting us with our travel plans. Give them a shot and find out for yourself.

It has been a bucket list of my husband and I to visit Northern part of VN in length. We visited Ninh Binh, SAPA, Ha Giang in 7 nights and 8 days. The entire process from building the itinerary via many iteration with our tour coordinator, NINH, to make it an unforgettable private tour to the actual activities were meticulously taken care by our sweet, friendly, punctual and experienced driver HAI and our outgoing, funny, flexible, awesome raconteur, and tremendous wealth of knowledge about the areas especially the secret spots for great sceneries viewing and photographs, BINH. Few words about NINH, our tour coordinator, she went extra mile to accommodate all of our requests and always available regardless of time zone different to address any questions or concerns we have with great confident. NINH met us when we arrived to greet and ensure our tour commenced perfectly when she was under the weather. Now that is what we call top notch service! Thank you! Together NINH, HAI and BINH made our trip so memorable and especially it left a sense of great connection back for us to our mother land in many different ways from food to culture to landmark to people. The trip to Vietnam was truly a pleasure experience, a lot of credit of which goes to the Tourism we went with, Custom Asia Travel..The planning, arrangements for the trip was perfect considering all the special requests from our family... Especially, the guide went out of the way to help us celebrate a birthday of our family member...Also to mention , finding restaurants for Vegetarian family seems a tough work in Vietnam , but we really didn't need to worry, all thanks to planning of Custom Asia Travel..

We did a private tour of Pu Luong 2days/1 night. We loved our experience; our guide Callum was simply amazing and it was always open to make extra stop or reorganize our itinerary if we asked. The rice terraces, the mountains and the villages we saw were simply breathtaking. I’m writing this review as I’m at the end of my first week, but so far I can confirm 100% that this tour has been the best experience.

I had such a marvelous tour from start to finish over 6 days in North Vietnam. The team were excellent in communication and tailoring to my needs. Fiona in the office did a great job of communication and payment whilst my guide Binh a charming man. Anh the driver kept us safe in aircon car with heaps of water. Each stop and hotel were amazing and so much good food with them all catering to my vegetarian needs. You really can't go wrong with this company where I saw and loved much of the north Ninh Binh being the best with wonderful walks and bike riding. Thanks for making beautiful memories for me.
